Use an internet payroll service

Internet payroll services are the new kid on the block. A few of the largest payroll services or software providers and Email Payroll Services have created a new method of doing payroll – via the internet. The other companies are using web based systems where you log on to a secure web page and enter your payroll. Later you can access your payroll. EPS is a little different, in that a spreadsheet file on your computer automatically creates secure email to submit your payroll and the results are emailed to you. Both methods share these advantages:

• Fast, safe
• Can integrate to other computer systems
