which is over 20 years old. That company has been
owned by Tom Wright, EA, for 10 years. |

Why was EPS
created?

EPS was
created to concentrate attention on the payroll needs
of small sole proprietorships, S-corp's, and LLCs.
We felt these clients would be better our high efficiency,
low cost business model than by a generic payroll
service.

Macintosh users be EPS clients too?

By using
Excel spreadsheets as your data entry mechanism,
the process can be run anywhere Excel runs. (Excel
is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation.)

What
if I under-pay or omit someone in my payroll.
| A: |
Merely zero
out those payments that occurred and do another payroll
for the same pay period with the missing amounts.

What if I over-pay someone?
| A: |
You will
have to contact customer support. You are not empowered
to "un-deposit" (that is, withdraw) funds from
your employees' accounts, so you will have to arrange
a refund from your employee and we will have to
edit you payroll records. Either that or agree
to an underpayment for the next pay period. |
